One of my favorites.

This is the first time I'm written a review and I've done this because ive literally been robbed. This is Absolutely the worst online casino game I have played and I've played alot. Withdrawal £450 but only recieved £300 been emailing backwards and forwards for nearly 2 months now so I've been very patient but all they say is they are looking into it then I hear nothing.

Every time I have a problem with an online casino, I filed a complaint on the Guru website and my complaint was immediately taken care of. The Guru member who takes care of my complaint follows up regularly, works hard for the casino to respond. Last time, it was thanks to Guru that the Casino for which I filed a complaint paid me the money they owed me. Very grateful to Guru!

I'm not the most versed with all there is to know about online casinos, but I know genuine, caring, and good spirited people when I talk to them, and the employees of Scrooge and the players at Scrooge have become like a family to me. You are treated like you matter, instead of like you're just another "dollar" in the company's pockets, as some other casinos make you feel. If I could rate them 1 billion stars, I would! They just finished construction on an orphanage, so your money is definitely going to something bigger, and you're helping so many children in need. They keep Jesus in the forefront, use the money to help others in need, and make you feel like family. What more could you ask for?
